Caesar Grilled Asparagus Salad

Looking to change up your boring Caesar salad? This Caesar Grilled Asparagus Salad replaces lettuce with asparagus, and could not be any more delicious!


Grilled asparagus:

  • 1 1/2 pounds asparagus trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Light Caesar dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 anchovy fillet, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Light Caesar dressing

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl until well blended.


  1. Toss asparagus spears in olive oil with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill over medium-high heat until crisp-tender and slightly charred, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Top asparagus with the Caesar dressing, freshly grated parmesan and cracked black pepper. Top with croutons if desired.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
